Affordable Rentals

If you are interested in living at Baltimore Station and believe you qualify for an affordable apartment, please visit our leasing office to pick up an application. We are located at 6402 Woodward Avenue, Monday- Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, and Saturday/Sunday 10 AM – 6 PM.
Affordable apartments will have income restrictions for occupants, along with restricted rents.
A $90 application fee for every household member aged 18 or older must be submitted with your completed application. All completed applications will be logged in order of time/date stamped, and added to the waitlist in the order they are received.
